Loose uPVC door lock

Hi all.

The oval euro cylinder barrel in our back door moves backwards and forwards (by about 5 or 6mm).

How can that be the case? The screw doesn't seem to be loose.

To be that loose sound like no screw at all or snapped screw.
I would take the cylinder out to check
Oval barrels sometimes have an additional security clamp that might be loose inside
