I got it 2nd hand!

Its only bother is loosing reception which I can establish by moving the wire antenna around hence I thought a broken antenna.

I got a bit similar wire, soldered the resistor end of the antenna to one end then soldered the other to the PCB. Reassembled the unit but the loss of reception persists.

Any suggestions on I can look at welcome. Its a nice clock radio apart from the loss of reception. Not Available is what it says on the screen.

DAB is on Vodafone network. If signal is poor then you will struggle.

I've given up with dab and just use a Google alarm clock or Alexa on the Wi-fi .

recently had a problem with one of ours, it was OK on BBC bu many of the other stations become unlistenable due to poor reception
the solution
I did a retune (a factory reset) whcih allowed its memory to be wiped and all the new frequencies logged - has worked fine since

We've never been able to get any DAB or terrestrial channels on our radio. I've finally succumb to the Alexa thing instead and listen via wifi.

I've discovered that the clock radio has both DAB and FM. I changed to FM and the station I listen to is spot on.

From what I've learnt here about DAB broadcasts, I now know why the other DAB radio I have out in the garage keeps loosing the station.

If you have a smartphone or PC. Steam radio to a speaker the sound quality is amazing, so this has made dab obsolete imo.
1000s of stations
