Lose tap

Hi i have a long arm kitchen mixer tap. The problem is the whole tap seems to turn including the pipe under the sink. I took off the tap and re fitted it, it seemed ok until a weeks time i had the same problem. Also it is very hard to access it because the sink it on the way.

Is this a common problem?

Any ideas how to go about this

Can only be it needs a washer and top hat fitting corectly.
Use a basin wrench if poor access.

yep could be the rubber washer is missing.
