loss of flow rate

I have a vokera combi boiler around about 3 yrs old and last few months the hot water flow rate has died, starts off ok initially when hot water tap turned on but dies to a near trickle, this boiler is supposed to fill a bath of water in 6 mins but now more like 60mins, any ideas.

3rd time i've answered this. there is a flow restrictor where cold pipe joins heat ex on rhs take it out sling it & set flow rate to around 9 to 11 litres per minute
