lounge lights not working

i have a 3 button dimmer switch controlling dining room lights, lounge lights and fireplace spotlights

only the dining room lights are working off the switch

all the bulbs are good in the lounge and fireplace lights

the lounge lights and fireplace lights have blown the fuse wire in the past and when i replaced the fuse wire they didnt work again

any ideas

Try switching the supply off andjoining the two wires to one of the suspct dimmers in a choc-bloc then switch the power back on. If the lights work, as i suspect they will, you have a cream crackered dimmer.
