I'm new to this site so hello to all...... My Karizma pluss was fitted sept 97. We moved in to house Dec. 2003. I have never had the system serviced and have no idea if the previous owners did. It has only been with reading on this forum that i understand the system should be serviced and that the battery should be replaced every 5 yrs.
I have never had a problem untill now. As i said, it is indicating low battery but i have no instructions on how to change it, or if i can change it i.e. does it have to be done by an engineer. I called the company who fitted it this morning, but as yet no reply. ( Data Alarms Ltd now Excel )
