Low loss header system problems.

Is there anyone on here with experience in light commercial systems incorporating a low loss header? (It's all about the header). It'll be a long blurb as to what's going on but certainly will post it if there is,

I'm not but there are. If you are a gas engineer yourself you may be better joining the combustion chamber.
