low pressure on glow warm boiler

need to repreesurize glow warm combi boiler! flashing red light and displaying 0.5 bar, been told it needs more water in system but cannot find wot looks like a valve , any help please?
 
Should be a built in filling loop under the boiler. Look for 2 whitish grey knobs and open them both.

Top up to 1.2 Bar.
