The mains from the outside stop tap looks like 1/2" steel which enters the property then it is a 15mm copper to the kitchen.
I'm not sure if the steel pipe is 1/2" or 3/4" as I cannot see it clearly.

Any ideas on how to get good pressure?

First you have to measure the pressure you've got. The static pressure might be quite good but the dynamic pressure poor. You probably don't know what those terms mean, and I can't be bothered to explain at this time of night, but you should be able to find a previous post dealing with this issue - there have been plenty of them.
