Low Voltage halogen

Hi

I have spent days trying to work this out so I hope someone can help!

I have purchased a LV halogen system which is rated at 110 va with 5 20W lights attached.

I am wanting to fit a dimmer (I have checked the light is dimmable), what Watt dimmer do I need.... is 400 ok?

Any help would be great!!

Buy a quality dimmer that is rated for Inductive loads, specifically LV lighting purposes. 400W is certainly capable of handling the load, however the dimmer may not be able to handle this type of inductive load.

Buy an MK dimmer, this one is ideal for what you need and will handle your lighting.

Well my good wife has not long got in and she has already jumped the gun and bought a Varilight 400W.. will this be ok?
