Low water pressure in bathroom

I just emptied the cold water tank in the loft as it was full of brown water after the water was shut off. After it emptied and the taps stopped running, i filled it up again. Now the water only runs at a trickle in the bathroom, even though the tank is full up. Any ideas on what ive done wrong???

Possibly an airlock?

Can you run a hose from a tap downstairs which is on mains pressure to the tap in bathroom, then force airlock back in tank.

Some time the air fills the top section of a pipe or bend and any water will just trickle under it?

for hw tap, join your washing machine taps with one of the hoses and open both for 10 secs.
