We want to convert a small outbuilding, consisting of two rooms, toilet and lobby into office space, but there is no heating at present

Total area is aprox 22 m2

Could I have an idea of rough costs for :-

Installation of an oil tank andOil boiler only

Installation of a LPG type combi boiler

(NB just ignore the radiators / pipework .. which would be the same for both options)

Area is in Newcastle upon Tyne
