LPG jets/ hob advice

Brought a duel gas hob online and had it fitted by LPG Boat installations guy. Should the flame have yellow tips (mine is all blue flames) and looking at the jets that he didn`t use I can`t see any markings to say if they are NG or LPG jets. Problem I am having is little or no adjustment control over the flames.

Yellow is unburnt gas blue is ideal, you don’t want fumes in enclosed space .

Usually jets do have a number ......Anyway was it labelled as a lpg or nat gas hob ? You should have full control, he should have adjusted the by pass if the hob came set up for nat gas .....sounds like it hasn't been converted properly to lpg !

Unless it's lpg specific hobs normally come set up for nat gas and have to be converted.
