LS80/100 Little Star- Combi From Ravenheat

The probem I have is on the DHW side

mains pressure fine going in low pressure coming out not enough to turn on the burner.

Any suggestions
The manual says clean filter I have no idea where this is.

On the inlet of the diverter. If you follow the mains into the boiler it will reach a brass diverter valve. Filter is probably in here!
