i have a colleague who has a problem with his CH. the radiator in the bathroom only ever gets luke warm, he has taken the rad off and blasted it with a hose pipe, loads of black stuff came out, but still it only gets luke warm
there appears to be pressure at the rad tails, and the valves are fully open
the system is a gravity fed back boiler, and appears, from what he has told me, to be ageing!
any suggestions welcomed!
