Luke Warm Water only & F.71 Code

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on my problem.

It only just started doing it this morning, I have luke warm water and fault code f.71 on my boiler, any ideas?

Checked the book and it reads:Flow NTC reports constant value [stuck at] and it says the cause:Flow NTC is defective?
 
I would check the flow ntc is attached correctly to the pipe work and also test it's resistance.

Failing that I would replace it to eliminate it.
