If you're talking about a 6 zone scene controller the answer is probably yes because you will probably have more switched circuits than normal.
However, if you're talking about a 1-2 gang remote dimmer then I can see no reason why the installation only should cost more.

I don't think "charge more" is the correct term unless you can find customers with more money than sense. In my experience the customers that have plenty of money to spend on home automation tend to be very tight with it.
