LVT on to bubbly SLC

Got a few patches of bubbles in the SLC of daughter's new bedroom:

I am intending to lay LVT on here [something budget like Polyflor Camaro Loc + their underlay]. Are these holes likely to be problematic? They are anywhere up to 8mm across. It's not just holes, there's a little rim around the edge of the larger ones too

Be fine with a click vinyl. Just blade scraper them off or use a carborundum stone on them. If you were doing a glue down vinyl you would feather finish over them. The holes are from the sub floor not being primed or not primed correctly
