M.S straps puzzled

hi all
hope someone can clear this up ?
we are part way through our single storey extension and looking at the drawing ive hit a little wall.
it states :-
"bat sph hangers to ridge,ms straps to cp111 at max 2m crs. across new walls & bird mouthed into wall plate."

then further down says :-
"100 x 75 tanalised wallplates strapped to B/wk. at max 900 crs,"

now this drawing isnt revised , its the first drawing we received, and on this drawing we had a brick gable which is now replaced with glazing..

can someone clear up for me are the 900 centres straps from wallplate to block work or is it the 2m centres straps .

ill assume one is for the gable which arent having anymore..
