If the holes are 12mm, use 12mm. As you have the resin just normal 12mm threaded bar will suffice, use all the holes though.

if the holes are 12 mm. use 10mm studded bar. and drill 12mm holes.

the resin needs something to grab. if you can. drill all the holes first. then start pumping in the resin as you go along. dont wait, as you will have to buy another as the nozzle will harden.. and then you will have to buy another tube... if this is not clear.. pm me and i will go over it again...

Surely better to use a snug fitting bolt and enlarge the hole in the wall as necessary to accomodate the resin?
Ok 2mm smaller is within tolerance for steel fixing but as a gallow bracket is fitted over a relatively small area, getting the holes accurate shouldn't be a problem, and if they're gonna be slightly oversized anyway???

Going to get some stainless steel bar (neighbour is a stone mason). So if i get 12 mm bar I should drill 14mm holes in masonary. If he only has 10mm I will drill 12mm holes.

The gallows brackets are bonded into the wall with the profile of the angle by 90mm they also have 3 12mm holes that are to be used for rawl bolts/resin fix.

does not matter what you are holding up the fixings must work......ifyou drill a 12mm hole and push in a 12m stud... there is no room for the resin..
industry standard is 2mm up to 20mm. after that it is 3 mm
