Macerator waste pipe run

I am about to install a saniflo macerator under the stairs in my house. The problem is that where the toilet will go it will be impossible to have a vertical rise directly to the space below the floor above as the stairs will get in the way.

I have read that I cannot have a diagonal upward run of waste pipe and I also believe that I should have only one vertical run.

Can anyone suggest a way of connecting the macerator waste that will overcome this problem?

Thanks for taking the trouble to have a look, but I have found another solution where I can take the waste pipe vertically all the way.
