providing you can get good access etc its on the return so go for it.
yes it will be the pipe that the cylinder return joins to but useally they are close to the floorboards.
or sometimes you'll only see the cylinder return the rads return that joins it may be under the floor so no good as you need it after they both join but before boiler.

no where in there as your cylinder return joins your bypass but your rad return must be under the floor.
unless you put it on the flow side after pump which they say you can but return is the recommended.
