Magnetize screwdriver s and hex bits ?

What's the best way to do this ?

I see there's magnetic collars that are hex shaped but I can't find hex shafts for these
 
just a diyer , i have used lots of different versions of these - lots of youtube videos too

i also have a magnet where you can swipe the screw and/or BIT and it magnitses

real pain most of them , i have found
 
Even the mag bits can come out, the collar type bit holders are best, or get a long length bit. Impact bits better still
