Main 24 HE hot water issue

I think that should be about 18v on full flow.

saves guessing.

That boxed fault finding instruction seems a little light on detail.

Whilst I have not checked the MI for details of the GV in that boiler, merely having the correct voltage at the mod coil does not necessarily mean the BP is going to be correct if the GV was not correctly set up on min/max .

I am gas safe registered.

Cheers so far though guys.

We have guessed that you are registered. However thats not the point.

This site rules are that we do not give any advice on gas or safety aspects that could encourage DIYer to try gas work which he may not be qualified or experienced for.

The CC is specifically for G-S engineers where we can give advice on gas related matters where its only going to be seen by registered people.

Whilst most are short of work you seem to be lucky enough to be very busy ( or you work for one of those social maintenance contractors where you are pushed too hard! )

Yes I got that Tony and I will get on with it when I have a chance to actually think about what I'm doing, lol.

I work for a local authority, that's not what's keeping me busy, more family issues etc just at the minute, wish I was over worked and out of the house some times.. lol
