Had British gas round last two days scatching heads about why the water cuts off and the red light comes on, lots of contact with the company tech department.
It seems that the main company have ahd a lot of problems with this and the installation instructions have been altered 4 times.
Th e problem is that the flue has a restrictor a bit like a 4 inch o ring, on short flues this causes a problem and cuts off the boiler., ours was installed in the flue and not in the fan which was in the wrong place but never mind.
British gas was advised that on short flues this restrictor should be removed which was done,
