Mains water pressure

A question for you all. If you have a megaflow or thermal store which works off mains water pressure what happens if you are showering and someone turns on the kitchen sink, say both hot and cold taps, and someone else flushes the loo? Does the flow to the shower drop?

Yes it's likely to. Whether you notice it depends on your supply pressure and available flow, how much you're drawing off, and how awful the plumbing is. It's being only a little cynical to suggest it's always awful!
If the pipe back to the mains in the road is old half inch lead, squashed at several points, you're stuffed!
