Making doors

I want to make some doors to cover a serving hatch type opening in a wall. I want to make a flush door to sit against the wall with no surround. I'm fairly confident I can make the actual doors but am unsure what type of hinges to use to fix them. I need the door to overhang the opening by 60mm to cover where the architrave has been removed and the plaster meets the lining. I've done a basic drawing of what i want to do below.

I had a quick look in B&Q but couldn't see anything that was suitable. Any help would be gratefully received.
