Making matt paint glossy??

Evening,
I have painted my front door a matt colour and now decided i want a bit of a shine to it as it just looks too flat. How can i do this? Is it possibel to varnish it or is there a better soloution. Do they do a spray on version to make it easier to apply?
Whats the best? Thanks in advance.

why not go buy the same colour in gloss but maybe you could get a clear varnish but you would still be painting the door again

The thing with varnish is it can make it a bit yellow. Varnish also will not last outside. Better to coat up again with a slightly thinner top coat of the same colour gloss after a light flat off with wet n dry.
