Making Plumbing Maintenance Easier Tips Needed

OK, so I plan to buck the trend of concealing pipes and fittings behind walls, and go old school in my new bathroom with a simple toilet and basin with easily accessible inlets so taps, waste, valves and everything else can easily to replaced in the future.

So, any recommendations for brands that are easiest to maintain - I'd consider the concealed look toilet if it came with a simple to remove panel for accessing the tank etc.

That Dulwich might be just the thing - but without seeing up close, cannot see how easy to access it behind and under.

Fed up with everything hidden behind walls, blocked in, under tiled floors etc.!

I am sure there must be some products out their that make plumbers weep, and others that bring a little smile to their faces, knowing an easy job and early finish is in front of them!
