I've had a friend staying at mine because of a faulty 820/20, can someone please send me the installation and servicing manual too. I had a look on Saturday and diagnosed a faulty PCB (it was totally dead, although there was power), as did the guy from British Gas who went today to refit one. However its now broken again. I'm new to servicing and could do with some help.
