Manual tile cutter blade. How to remove??

I got given a tile cutter, it works but I think the wheel needs replacing. I bought a new one but I can't fathom how to get the old one out. I've one side is a round head and the other is a sort of cone shape.

Looks like a Mini Montolit. The rivet will need pushing out from the pointy end but may need a little gentle persuasion with a hammer. Unbolt the rail and take the handle off before attempting it. The last thing you wanna do is bend the rail. If it's fully welded in there, you can pick a new cutter up for £36 (plus delivery):
