Currently have Marley Ludlow on a 16 degree pitch roof. Am I right to think that these would need changing to pass building regs. As on the Marley website it mentions about 22.5 min pitch

I’ve had conflicting opinion that someone says I can keep these but adjust the gauge / battons to suit. I’ve also been told that I need to change the batton distance and the tile to a Marley mendip

What is the right thing?

22.5° is for the smooth tiles and not suitable for a pitch of 16° even if the batten guage were to be closed...Mendip 12.5° would be an option.
