Hi,
Has anyone used Marmox Boards.
We need to use something that insulates the exterior wall in the new shower room. Aqua Panels need to have an air space behind them and will need a stud frame using up valuable space and NO insulation. Whereas Marmox are insulating as well as being able to fix tiles directly to the board.
We don't want to tile the whole shower room just the tray area so 'were' going to use insulated plasterboard for the other part of the wall but don't seem to be able to find a Moisture insulated plasterboard?
If we use Marmox for the whole wall can we skim directly onto the Marmox or stick plasterboard to the Marmox?
We thought of using the Marmox on the floor as the shower room is on 1st floor wooden floor - old chipboard which will be replaced, wondering whether to use ply?
Thanks in advance if you can give us some help.
