Short answer is Sorry, but a match is most unlikely, if not impossible?
Can I suggest either.
Remove all of the damaged section and re-render, BUT??? you may end up damaging more render on the wall surface behind the gate post??
Or?? [preferred option??] clad over the damaged area of render with a piece of timber??
