Hi, we are fitting a boiler & are about to fit a 22mm condensation pipe from the boiler to a waste pipe in the bathroom, but the length of run is around 11 meters with a nice slope. What is the maximum length this can be in 22mm?.
The only info with the boiler is that on a long run, increase the pipe to 32mm.
But! what is classed as a long run?

Thanks

PS. we phoned Glowworm & they said this part is not there responsibility & couldn't advise.
Lot of help they are. LOL :D

The 32mm advice is to help stop the condensate from freezing in the pipe, not a problem if it's run indoors.
Your boiler will only produce a litre of two an hour of condensate so your overflow pipe will be fine if it slopes as you say, use plenty of clips to stop it sagging.
