Nah, mass for materials is usually given per cubic metre, so you can figure out different thicknesses. Mass per square metre of 18mm is going to be 3 times that for 6mm you see 
Water is 1000kg per cubic metre, so I would say that the density of MDF is about, ooooh. Medium. Give or take.
Ian is right with the 13.32kg per square metre figure for 18mm MDF too
