I have lots of MDPE left over from a previous project. I know it is meant to be used underground, but can I also use it for an internal run from the main in the cellar upto the ground floor kitchen? The run will be about 10m attached to the cellar wall, so it won't be burried.

Any help greatly appreciated, else it will be a case of shedding out for copper I guess!

Cheers,

Jon

Sounds fine to me... see this stuff all over the place. It would be wise to insulate the pipe, with a stop tap fitted in an easily accessible place, and securely clipped.

Yer the cellar doesn't get any sunlight at all and remains at a reasonable temperature, however I will insulate it just to be safe.

Thanks for your help guys!!

Jon
