Megaflo Unvented System

Hi all

I have one of these fitted in a new build, can you please tell me what qualifications should I be looking for in the engineer when getting it serviced every year. I understand I should be looking for an engineer with a 'ticket' for unvented systems. Could you please explain what this is
and how would I know if he is genuinely approved.

He will have a "G3" ID card issued by one of a number of bodies. Mine is from the CITB.
