Megger PAT Tester - Good Buy or Not?

Hi - I have my own mobile disco and am wanting to do my own pat testing.

Been looking in to buying a pat tester and the best one seems to be the megger pat4. Is this a good buy?

The cheapest I've found is at http://www.megger-pat-tester.com at £627.

Or is there something better out there?

I personally use ALPHATEK but only because i know them well.
Megger is a very well known company and very rarely throw out bad products and i know 2 PAT testing companies that use them.
As long as you enroll on a course to gain sufficient know how and pass an exam to show you have taken the know how on board, then you can test your own equipment.
Not sure if you would have to take out a public liability insurance as well though,as if your equipment should cause injury to joe public,who gets sued? so double check that first.
