There has been a massive propaganda campaign by Republicans to boost the film.

They are targeting review sites like Rotten Tomatoes shown above.

And they are buying massive numbers of tickets and giving them away for free to stop the cinemas being empty.

Isn't that a bit like Disney promoting Snow White.

I thought it was some kind of documentary, not about some entirely fictional mythical character like Snow White.

One was a fictional film using the same old tired plot and characters as previous films. You've seen one, you've seen 'em all.
The other is a one-off documentary about the First Lady, which was heavily edited and controlled by ..... the First Lady.

Melania was released in the United States on January 30, 2026. It received overwhelmingly negative reviews from critics and has been called by some a pro-Trump propaganda film. It has grossed $9.5 million on a $40 million production budget.

I just find it odd that the lefties on here are attacking a woman simply because of her connection to Trump.

It a brazen and blatant grift by the POTUS first lady, in a position of privilege. Screening a film that ordinarily would be swept up with the cutting room floor garbage and has been promoted ahead of far more worthy tat.
