melted yellow substance coming out of my combi boiler

hi there, I ve noticed a melting yellow substance which looks like honey/resine and comes out around the dry fire thermistor and from the gasket. It was already the case last year and cleaned, the boiler worked well all winter with no bother. but the melting carries on when I checked today.
the boiler is a combi IDEAL HE35 ISAR. I ve got picture of what it looks like.

Turn the power off to the boiler and phone someone who actually has a clue!!

FYI you are more than clearly not safe to be working on that machine, and to do any of what you are doing requires a Registered gas installer to be able to carry out the appropriate saftey checks after rooting about in parts that you shouldnt be touching
