Menvier TS510 - Siren sounds immediately

Hi!

After a configuration change (add a new user 2 password).

The siren sounds immediately when we open the door !

EDIT (01/29/2015) :
This is a Menvier TS510 alarm like that.

How to get back as before? I had the time (approximately 20 seconds) for unarm the alarm and only the buzzer sounded.

I certainly had to mishandling.

The EightyTwo's answer is interesting.

Stuck door contact (and triggering the hall detector)?

Accidently programmed the front door as a "normal alarm" instead of "entry/exit"?

It is usually a good idea to give as much information as possible when you need help with a problem. I assume that you are talking about an intruder alarm but it would be handy to know the make and model!

if its now messing up after configuring a second user, then it sounds like you have changed something else in the programming affecting how the system works.

so I would go back and check your programming.
