Does any one know who is responsible for the electricity meter box outside, the one I have is damaged and broken. ( not long moved in )

If its your meter then call your local electrical supplier and inform them and they will attend if its electricaly unsafe/dangerous
Cheers mate, BUT are they reponsible for the meter box, ie should they change it FOC......?

If it is not dangerous & broken, they will probably charge. If your CU is in the meter box, watch out! They'll probably insist you move it...
AFAIK the box enclosure is your responsibility. The stuff inside it (the meter, etc) is the DNO's. If the box is broken its down to you, try & fix it if you can.
If you need a new box you'll need the lekky board to come and re-terminate their incomer. Not cheap!!
