If you have a split load CU do you have seperate meter tails entering the CU and going to the main isolating switch and seperate meter tails entering the CU and going to the RCD switch.
or is there one pair of tails going to the main switch and internal bridging tails going from main switch to RCD switch.

trying to work out if have same amount of cables coming from service connector if have 2 split loads CU's or a seperate RCD protected CU and a non RCD protected one - so can size CU cupboard properly.
Still waiting for electrician to appear.
Thanks

the norm is to have one pair of tails going to the cu main switch then internal bridging to the r.c.d side in the cu off the load side of the main switch, so that the main switch isolates the whole cu
