Metering of 400 amp supply

Hi guys,
I am starting my nvq and planning to work on a building where new 400 amp 3 phase supply is being supplied by ukpn
Inside the building there is going to be schneider powerpact 4 board installed to power distribution circuits so my questiion is
Can i install schneider metering kit, do suplliers accept these meters ?
Cut out supply is unmetered.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think the metering equipment has to be installed/operated by a recongised metering operator, I don't think the customer can supply their own.
