The front grille has to be removed - you can get to the top bolt easy enough though.

Thanks bolt on top or hidden?
Two bolts, if I remember, one top and one at the bottom, radiator side.
This gives enough room to get the bulbs out, but I'm not sure about the complete lamp.
Its not unusual these days to have to drop the front bumper.
