Micro bore radiator flow

My system uses micro bore, but my lounge radiator is cold except for one valve all the other radiator are hot.

I have drained and added cleaner but the radiator is still cold except for the one valve.

Any comments or help will be greatfully received, confused!?

check both valves are open

most probably a blockage ...poss in the manifold, if system has on..or on the flow or return to that rad.
can you take the rad off and check for good flow from both pipes, by opening the valve for a few seconds into a bucket

The end which is cold has a thermostat, water coming out but I am not sure of the pressure.

I will try and see whether there is sufficient pressure, if there is a blockage can you please advise the best way to solve the problem.

Yes it is a open vented system

check the overflow is in place in the loft and working

Connect a garden? hose to the garden tap and other end to one of the valves and open op for 10 seconds

this will require you remove the rad.

do that for both rad valves...this has worked for me numerous times.

then check the other rads still work !

the idea is the mains water pressure will dislodge a blockage...30 min job
