Microbore Yorshire Imperial radiator valve

I have the above and need to replace them as they will not close off to take the radiator off without draining the system

The hand valve screws off completely to cause a leak and the cut off screw valve will go no furhter in to seal the outlet side

Can you suggest a supplier ?
or a replacement valve for small bore tubing
