Mid terrace damp wall problems

Would appreciate if anyone could help give me an idea of what it would cost to fix ***** damp in the property pictured above. The red line indicates walls with ****** damp. The wall with higher red line next to door has penetrating damp from outside - see outside picture highlighting gaps in rendering which seems to be cause. Also looking to add an extra air brick outside.

Any advice much appreciated, thanks.
