I have a G638 Plus and the unit occasionally stops with the end and start light flashing. Miele tells me it has gone in to stand by mode but could not tell me why. The only way is to find a fault code but that means getting an engineer out with a device that reads the code through the PC L.E.D.
The cost of that and potential parts makes me think it is not worth it.
Does anyone have any ideas on the possible common causes. Sometimes the machine works fine so I assume nothing has failed per say. I am suspecting electrical or possibly inlet? Any help /pointers would be appreciated and even better any ideas on how to read the fault codes without an engineer?? Thanks.
